Founder & Treasurer
Raised in “First Family of District Headquarters, Fatehpur” which holds exquisite feathers like Rai Sahaab and the Padmashree in their family turbans, Sharat Mansingh’s values like service before self led him to establish Aayom Welfare Society as a co-founder in 2006. With a graduation and post-graduation from the prestigious University of Allahabad in the stream of Commerce Mr. Mansingh has given back to the society by working for public welfare from more than 50 years while also providing his wise guidance in various educational institutions.
Founder & President
Hailing from a family of doctors, Poonam Mansingh’s healing touch has graced the society as a welcoming and warm teaching and educational consultant for almost 3 decades until her thirst for healing this constantly ailing society led her to co-founding Aayom Welfare Society in 2006. Since then, she has devoted herself in the service and upliftment of the poor and needy. She works closely with women and children by providing them with various training and development.
Secretary
Coming from the “First Family of District Headquarters, Fatehpur” and Prerrit Mansingh’s zeal to help the needy ever since the college days led him to be popularly called a “Friend, Philosopher & Guide” by the locals and government administrators PAN India. A dynamic professional holding an experience of almost 2 decades with multiple roles in various multinational giants like Standard Chartered, Aviva, Bajaj, IBM, etc. took his legacy ahead with Aayom Welfare Society in 2006 to help in the upliftment of individuals irrespective of caste, creed, social status or position.
Vice President
Working closely with Aayom Welfare Society since 2012, social service for Antila Mansingh comes out like second nature as she learnt from the example of her parents who took various efforts for social welfare and now she actively helps our organization in planning & strategizing of welfare activities. A tech genius from MIT with a flare for writing and the need to help others in her heart, she is an important part in the niche of our foundation.
Joint Secretary
A double masters holder Prerna Saxena is a psychologist with a degree in clinical psychology and also in commerce. Having worked in top hospitals like AIIMS and Fortis, she’s also conducted many workshops and is also a guest lecturer and is pursuing her course onn intellectual disability issues in clinical psychology. She has previously worked in schools with an aim of educating, polishing and grooming children while also holding experience in Indian and International corporate giants. With a drive to work for the upliftment of women and children and a spirit to help the underprivileged and disadvantaged in order to help them lead a life of respect she has been working closely with our organisation as a Joint Secretary.

Nitika Dhiman is a professional, techie-savvy social worker and leader in the field of philanthropy. She started her career as a sales officer in 2015 and is now a crucial pillar of Aayom Welfare Society, leading the Women Front at a national level and driving the organization’s communication efforts. As a leader of the Women Front at Aayom Welfare Society, Nitika has effectively and efficiently managed the day-to-day activities of the organization. Nitika Dhiman is a valuable member of the Aayom Welfare Society and her selfless service and dedication to the organization have been an invaluable asset. Her unwavering commitment to serve with a smile and her passion for philanthropy make her an important part of this foundation.
Dissemination Manager
A staunch believer that the world can only be made a better place for ourselves by making somebody else’s life better, Sukanya Nag’s definition of social work is service that is creative, evocative , challenging, content and realisation of selflessness. A post-graduate in advertising and marketing communication with previous experience as a senior-manager at renowned corporate Whiteland Corporation, Sukanya Nag truly believes in power of healing and transformation by working closely with Aayom Welfare Society as a Dissemination Manager since 2018.
A staunch believer that the world can only be made a better place for everybody by making somebody else’s life better. Sukanya Nag’s definition of social work is a service that is creative, evocative, challenging, content, and realization of selflessness. A post-graduate in advertising and marketing communication, Sukanya Nag truly believes in the power of healing and transformation by working closely with Aayom Welfare Society as a Dissemination Manager since 2018.
Vice President (Youth Chapter)
A staunch believer that a utopian society can only be achieved when people collectively work towards a common goal, Ritvick Srivastava holds both creativity and leadership in his pocket due to his experience as a Placement Coordinator in Manipal University, Jaipur and opened a Technical Society while also championing great connection amongst the youth. His helpful and novel ideas for the betterment of the society make him an ideal Vice-president of our youth chapter.
Head of Planning and Execution
Over 32+ years of Global Experience in managing operations across diversified industry verticals like Hospitality, BPO’s, E- Commerce, BFSI, Insurance etc. He has vast experience in setting up Businesses from scratch and making them profitable. He has the credit of establishing a SAS Business & an E-Commerce business in Dubai from scratch. He also brings expertise in VC funding and financial management of start-ups as part of his overall journey over the last nearly 3 decades.
He has a passion to do something for the society and he has been associated with us from 2018 and actively takes part in the on ground social service activities.
National Head
Sweety Singh is the National Head of Aawaaz-e-Bezubaan campaign and a member of Aayom Welfare Society since 2019. She has devoted the past 25 years of her life in taking care of stray animals, having rescued over 500 dogs, 60 cats, 4 donkeys, 12 cows, 40 snakes, 35 birds, and 80 pigeons. Despite her love for animals, Sweety ensures that her actions do not inconvenience humans.
During the pandemic, Sweety faced several difficulties in caring for the animals because of movement restrictions. Nonetheless, she persevered, and with the assistance of the local authorities, she continued to venture outside and provide food and medical assistance whenever necessary.
